PML: You can get 10-12% return on your money; You will be shown how the property was found, negotiated, and underwritten so that you can make an informed decision;

PMP: We buy and jointly own the property together! You provide the funding and we do all the rest. As a co-owner, our returns are dependent on how the deal performs.
